Get your groove on!

Our old friend Friday is here again to usher us into another weekend. This week has been busy at the firm and in the midst of all the excitement I could feel myself catching a mild case of writer’s block.  As a small measure of preventative care, I decided to walk to the courthouse (instead of driving) in the hopes that something worthy would come to mind. No such luck. I did however, notice a nice nip in the air and it was then that I began thinking how nice it is now that Summer is over. Of course, being the walking encyclopedia of useless information that I am, I then reminded myself that Summer is not over yet.  The last day of Summer, or so I thought, is on September 21st every year.  As Carlen will attest, when I get an idea in my head, I get pretty confident that I am right. But that really only happens once I have professed something as fact.  In this instance, the thought was still rattling around in the vast recesses of my subconscious nowhere near my mouth and so I decided to double check.
