Thomas Williams

Thomas Williams is the Real Estate attorney for Johnston , Moore & Thompson.   He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama in 2003 and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 2000.

Thomas has been handling various real estate transactions for several years and provides knowledgeable insight for his customers and clients.  Thomas’ closings are professional yet comfortable and he is available outside of the closing room to answer your real estate related questions.

Thomas is married to the former Carlen Bailey of Fayetteville, Tennessee and is the proud father of Mary Margaret and Phebe Rose.  He enjoys watching sports, particularly Auburn football and Chicago Cubs baseball.  Thomas is a native of Birmingham, Alabama.

Morgan Parcus

Morgan Parcus is the newest addition to the real estate department of Johnston, Moore & Thompson.   Morgan is now responsible for the closing coordination for the firm’s real estate practice.  She has seven years in the real estate field working as a closing coordinator and a closing secretary at another law firm in Huntsville for five years, and a closing coordinator for a top Real Estate Firm for the last two years.  Morgan is a positive, solution oriented person whose main goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer service possible in order to make your new home purchase or loan closings a “dream come true”.

Morgan currently lives in Huntsville with her husband, TJ and their three year old son, Brayden.  She enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, reading, and visiting with friends.
